Orders are processed on the next business day following the day payment was received.

All items shipping within the lower 48 US States ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the items ordered. In most cases shipping time should not exceed 7 Days.

All items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands, the customer will be required to pay a $10.00 shipping charge. Orders will ship via the United States Postal Service. In most cases shipping time should not exceed 10 Days.

Your satisfaction is our primary concern.

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The Item should be returned in the original packaging including a copy of the online payment receipt and a reason for the return.

A full refund of the original purchase and the cost of return shipping will be issued if the return was a result of our error (e.g. We shipped the wrong item, you received a defective product, etc.)

All other refunds will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and the remaining balance of the original purchase price will be issued.

Refund are issued by company check and will be sent via standard US mail. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks after giving your package to the return shipper.
